Under the current lockdown from January 2021, church buildings can be open for services. However the Essex Health Department and Church of England recommended temporary closure of Church buildings to limit the risk of transmission of coronavirus. As a result at a meeting of the PCC on Tuesday 12th January, the PCC voted unanimously to suspend services in our church building up to and including February 14th. This decision was reviewed at the PCC meeting on February 16th and ‘in church’ services’ have been suspended until March 14th. Services continue to be available online. There will also be a Lent Study Group, meeting over Zoom on Thursday evenings. Rev’d David Pierce is the contact again.
